李哲建，男，汉族，博士，副教授，生于1979年5月，毕业于陕西师范大学化学化工学院。目前，主要从事分析化学的教学及科研工作，研究方向为电分析化学、电化学发光。主持或参与的部分项目有陕西省科技厅自然科学面上项目2项（No.2018JM2040；No.15SKY024），国家自然科学基金项目5项 (No. 21175088; 21275095; 21328501；21375084；91332101)，陕西省教育厅重点项目1项(No.16JS028)；商洛市科技局项目1项（No. SK2015-37）。荣获的部分奖励有2020年度“陕西高等学校科学技术奖二等奖”1项；2019年度“赵鹏大院士奖教金”1项；2018年度“陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖”1项；2017年度“陕西省科技工作者创新创业大赛铜奖”1项。
近几年以来成功申请并获得授权实用新型专利3项（专利号：ZL2017 2 0224920.0；ZL2016 2 1013994.1；ZL2017 2 0226388.6）。在国际权威学术期刊Analytical Chemistry，Sensors & Actuators B，Analytica Chimica Acta，Talanta，Microchimica Acta，Electroanalysis等上发表学术论文30多篇。以第一作者发表的部分文章如下：
