刘雷，男，汉族，陕西大荔人，中共党员。2016年毕业于商洛学院，获化学专业学士学位；2022年7月毕业于西安科技大学矿物加工工程专业，获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为化石能源特性与加工利用、矿物工程与物质分离、资源循环利用等，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，博士后基金1项，主持商洛学院启动基金1项，在Fuel，Journal of Analytical & Applied Pyrolysis，Energy & Fuels等SCI源期刊发表学术论文13篇，授权专利2项。2022年7月来商洛学院化学工程与现代材料学院任教，主讲工程化学、矿冶资源综合利用及分析化学实验等课程。
